da policy states that if you submit a pic of a person, without thier permission and that person requests you take it down, da policy says you have to take it down or they can have helpdesk do it for you as a failure to gain thier permission

I am not exactly sure what this is relating to, but it is an interesting topic. One one hand, if the person is in a public place, you have all the right to photograph them in any way shape or form.
On the other hand, Some people just hate having their picture taken, and as a human, you should respect that.
